Return Policy

We will accept returns on many of our products only with a return authorization number (call or e-mail for this number) to Info @ Urinal Mats.com or 888-9PEEMATS. Customer is responsible for the return shipping with original packaging in undamaged condition. We will not accept returns of damaged items. All customer returns must obtain return authorization within 10 days of receipt of goods and returned to Urinal Mats.com within 15 days of receipt of goods, with return authorization number clearly marked on outside of product packaging.
